Ingredients of Oven-Baked Teriyaki Chicken

  1. It’s of boneless & skinless chicken thighs.

  3. Prepare of Korean BBQ sauce for chicken.
  4. It’s of salt.
  5. You need of soy sauce paste.
  6. It’s of soy sauce.
  7. You need of rice wine.
  8. You need of water.
  9. It’s of ~~ Flour Mixture ~~.
  10. Prepare of all-purpose flour.
  11. You need of potato flour.
  12. You need of salt.
  13. Prepare of white pepper.
  14. Prepare of ~~ Honey Teriyaki Sauce ~~.
  15. Prepare of teriyaki sauce.
  16. You need of honey.
  17. Prepare of water.

Oven-Baked Teriyaki Chicken instructions

  1. Mix marinade with chicken thighs well in a zipped bag and marinate overnight..
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Dip chicken thighs in the flour mixture, lightly press it down then shake the extra flour off..
  3. Lay chicken thighs on a well-spread baking sheet. Drizzle some veg. oil on the chicken thighs. Bake about 15 minutes then turn it over and continue baking it for 7 minutes..
  4. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for honey teriyaki sauce in a small bowl. Microwave it for 1 minute or until honey is melted. Stir it well..
  5. After step 3 is done, brush honey teriyaki sauce on both sides of the chicken. Continuing bake for 3minutes. When it's done, the center temperature of chicken thighs should reach 165°F. Enjoy~~.
